Duties & Responsibilities

 Sales and Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that cater to both wholesale and retail sectors, ensuring maximum market penetration. 

2. Brand Promotion: Lead and champion all efforts to promote the Socha brand, ensuring strong brand positioning and visibility across target markets. 

3. Team Management: Oversee, mentor, and provide direction to the sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and targets. 

4. Customer and Consumer Network Development: Establish and nurture a robust network of wholesalers, retailers, and end-users for the Socha brand. 

5. CRM System Proposal: Evaluate, recommend, and oversee the implementation of a suitable Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for efficient and effective customer interactions. 

6. Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly. 

7. Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular sales and marketing reports, including forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics. 

8. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with senior management and other relevant stakeholders on sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. 

Job Requirements

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 

– Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG sector. 

– Proven track record of developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. 

– Strong leadership and team management skills. – Familiarity with CRM systems and their implementation. 

– Proficient in market analysis and forecasting. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

– Fluent in local languages, proficiency in English is a plus.
